Static Grain Column Automatic Controller – 3 Phase

Static unit for controlling multiple fans up to 63 amp per line maximum current. Works by constantly comparing the ambient temperature and grain temperature to optimise grain cooling. Only allows fans to run when ambient air is 6 degrees lower in temperature than the grain. Also utilises a humidity sensor to work in parallel with the temperature for optimum cooling conditions.

Digital display shows ambient temperature, humidity and grain temperature

Easy to use – pre-programmed but settings can be easily adjusted if required

Saves valuable time switching fans on and off

Speeds up grain temperature reduction

Saves 40% electricity on unnecessary fan running (HGCA research)

Consists of: Control unit incorporating humidity sensor, ambient air sensor and 3 metre metal grain temperature probe with 20 metre extension lead. NB. Static units need to be wired up by a competent person.
