1. Position: Groundcare Telesales / Telesales Administrator - Full Time
Job Purpose: Providing administrative support to the Groundcare division and performing a telesales role in a dedicated area.
Department: Groundcare
Location: Head Office, Lincoln

Position reports to: Groundcare Telesales Supervisor

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Deal with all administrative tasks in support of sales team; calls, emails, orders and quotations liaising and supporting sales team.
  • Dealing and with administrative tasks and assisting with reports for the management team and Head of Sales.
  • Deal with Customer enquiries and prospects (via Phone, Email & Website).
  • Deal with PO and invoice queries including processing orders.
  • Create and send quotations.
  • Performing duties of a telesales role contacting an already established customer base in a dedicated area.
  • Organise contact letters.
  • Professional ambassador for Spaldings maintaining standards of conduct and appearance in line with company policy.
  • Actively and willingly participate in appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Actively take responsibility for, and willingly participate in, all professional development and learning interventions to keep abreast of sector and company developments and sales/account management techniques.
  • Proactively co-operate and collaborate with all colleagues in line with company values.
  • Observe all company policies and procedures.
  • Undertake any other duties that are reasonably requested that would be considered relevant to your role. Any changes of a more permanent nature will be agreed and incorporated into your job description​

Order Processing

Ensuring orders are processed & released in time for last print run at 4pm

Quotation processing

Processing quotations in a timely manner

Turnover/Profit Targets

Hitting Turnover & Profit Targets set for the area

Call Targets

Hitting a set amount of Outbound/Inbound call time.

Machinery Targets

Hitting Machinery Update Targets

Delivery Targets

Hitting Trading Delivery Point Targets
