1. Accounts Payable Administrator

Job Purpose: Working in a busy finance department you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and credit notes, investigating any invoice queries to goods received notes and purchase orders, ensuring that suppliers are paid within the stipulated terms.

Location:  Spaldings Head Office

Department: Finance Accounts Payable

Position reports to: Finance Manager

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Scanning and processing invoices into the ERP system, ensuring all invoices received are scanned in a timely manner
  • Posting non-stock invoices, credit notes and expense reports, ensuring they’re coded correctly in the system and are approved by department managers
  • Liaise with supply chain on invoice issue resolution
  • Entering payment journals on the ERP system and allocating payments accordingly
  • Dealing with external and internal payment queries by phone and email
  • Filing all supplier invoices and paperwork to ensure that they are easily accessible
  • Ensuring that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures
  • Preparing monthly and bi-annual supplier statement reconciliations
  • Entering new vendors and changes to existing vendors to the ERP system ensuring all details are correct and forms are duly approved
  • Assist in preparing audit requirements related to accounts payable
  • Other adhoc requests as necessary

2. Field Sales Account Manager (Groundcare)

Job Purpose:You would be joining our growing Groundcare division with a focus on driving growth in line with the businesses objectives and responsible for selling our exciting product range direct to Local Government Councils, Golf Courses, Landscape Gardeners and Groundcare related businesses. Servicing an already established customer base you will need to be able to address your customers’ needs and concerns and develop and maintain strong relationships.

Location:  Territory covering Lancashire, Staffordshire and Chester.

Department: Groundcare

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: Competitive Salary and upcapped commission scheme.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of all products to be able to provide fast and expert technical support to customers.
  • Work together with Telesales partner to develop the area to its full potential.
  • Consistently exceed and correctly record and track Sales Budget and all other KPI's.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with existing accounts to ensure each account is maximised to its potential, upselling at every opportunity.
  • Respond to and self-generate leads to identify and win new accounts within territory.
  • Chase and close by phone or face-to-face all quotes and opportunities in the territory.

3. Telesales Account Manager (Agriculture)

Job Purpose: Proactively selling to an already established customer base, maintaining it and achieving target and growth in line with company expectation. Achieving set KPI’s in relation to servicing said customer base.

Location:  Spaldings Head Office / Ireland (Work from home)

Department: Agriculture

Position reports to: Agricultural Telesales Manager

Position is responsible for: Designated area sales and customer service.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Work together with Field sales Partner to develop the sales areas to their full potential.
